Sarah Baldwin is an experienced STEM educator, technical professional, and business leader with more than 30 years of combined experience in technology, leadership, and education. Since 2015, she has served as an Owner and Lead Instructor with BrainSTEM Learning Canada, helping students build confidence, curiosity, and practical skills through engaging, hands-on STEM learning.

Before entering STEM education, Sarah spent 18 years with Panavision Canada, progressing from Senior Technician to Senior Rentals Coordinator and completing specialized Digital Imaging Technician training. Her career involved technical troubleshooting, sophisticated professional equipment, team leadership, logistics, and real-world problem-solving.

Sarah brings this extensive technical background into the classroom, helping students connect STEM concepts with practical applications. Her approach encourages children to experiment, ask questions, think critically, solve problems, and—most importantly—develop the confidence to see themselves as capable STEM learners.
