Sarah operational managerial positions has is going on 25 years. Sarah worked in the Film Industry for 18 years and her experience includes several managerial positions, the last one in that the industry was as an Operations Manager. Sarah is experienced in organization, delegating, marketer, technical operations, and supervising staff.  With a positive attitude, determination and tenacity, she is always willing to participate in new challenges to improve efficiencies. Her passion is problem solving and is an inherent engineer. She uses the engineering design process daily, working on projects of her own, teaching and doing experiments with her children.
